**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction**: Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to throughout their dining experience.
- **Order Management**: Accurately take food and drink orders, providing prompt and courteous service while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- **Menu Guidance**: Assist guests with menu selections, offering informed recommendations and addressing any dietary or special requests.
- **Service Excellence**: Ensure guest satisfaction by responding swiftly to any concerns, requests, or feedback, and going the extra mile to enhance their dining experience.
- **Bar Responsibilities**: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, with a focus on Mexican-inspired cocktails and drinks.
- **Payment Handling**: Process payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and operate the cash register with attention to detail.
- **Environment Maintenance**: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas, ensuring they are always presentable and welcoming.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other staff members, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment, particularly in a senior or supervisory role, is highly desirable.
- **Food Safety Knowledge**: Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
- **Bartending Skills**: Proficiency in bartending is a strong advantage, particularly with an emphasis on crafting Mexican-themed beverages.
- **Mathematical Proficiency**: Basic maths skills for accurate handling of transactions and payments.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team-Oriented Attitude**: A helpful and cooperative approach to both guests and team members, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £10.30-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
