Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. You will assist the culinary team with food preparation and ensure a smooth operation in the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure all areas of the kitchen are kept clean and organized
- Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling guidelines
- Assist chefs and cooks with various tasks as needed
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Follow instructions from the kitchen management team

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or culinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £6.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
