**Integration Director - PE backed SaaS firm**

We're partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS firm that has received significant investment & is on an extremely exciting acquisitive growth journey.

The Integration Director will play a pivotal role in supporting the business' acquisitive growth by looking at the M&A Integration strategy for the company. You will be collaborating with the Corporate Development Director & various other c-suite members.This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to experience the full Private Equity life cycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading all post-acquisition integration, managing workstreams ensuring acquired companies transition into the current group structure as seamlessly as possible
- Formulate & implement the organisation's integration strategy continuously looking at areas for improvement throughout the deal lifecycle
- Working cross-functionally to establish integration plans. Collaborating with those BU leaders to ensure all aspects of the acquisition integration are executed to the best possible standard
- Building an exceptional relationship with key business stakeholders to drive planning & execution
- Regularly leading project update meetings
- Develop financial plans looking at acquisition integrations, focusing on synergies & business KPIs
