Are you a school leaver, looking to get into the Travel Industry?

Infinity Travel is a travel company affiliated with Altour and based in the West End, offering an exciting opportunity to work in Business travel, looking after the travel requirements of the Music & Entertainment industry.

You will have to book and organise travel arrangements as well assisting with the day-to-day administration. Provide our clients with sterling quality service before, during and after their journey.

Along with the glamorous side of the travel industry, you will deal with the technical side of arranging travel, which will require meticulous organisational skills.

**Junior Business Travel Consultant Duties**
- Collecting and processing payments
- Sending invoices and Statements to clients
- General Administration
- Make hotel reservations and arrange hotel bill-backs
- Booking all products using Sabre
- Make rail reservations (Domestic and International)
- Work with Directors and Senior Agents assisting with Tours and Entertainment client bookings.

**Role Competencies**
- Ability to prioritise and handle tasks at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Highly motivated, organised individual who is able to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Good computer skills and online experience: Outlook, Excel and Word
- Impeccable attention to detail and high levels of integrity and discretion
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
