Administration Assistant (PLANT HIRE)

Swansea

£18,000 to £22,000 DOE + Holidays + Bank Holidays + Pension

Monday to Friday. DAYS.

Administration Assistant/ Assistant Hire Desk Controller required for a growing service provider who have a fantastic reputation within their industry. You will be joining a company who truly value and invest in their staff.

You will be responsible for coordinating all hire and off hire requirements and updating the hire management software. Route planning and logistics will be a big part of your role. It will be your responsibility to maximise internal plant and equipment acrossall locations/deports before arranging external hire. You will carry out weekly asset audits and make sure you have accuracy as to where all equipment is, at all times.
