**Job Details**

This is an exciting opportunity to assist in the delivery of the Fife Tourism Strategy under the Welcome to Fife brand. You will assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of projects to develop and promote Fife as a visitor destination, including the development of information points, organising attendance at national events and building up relationships with all parts of the tourism industry. You will provide support to the Lead Officer for Tourism, maintaining effective partnerships with internal and external partners and assisting with the co-ordination of all tourism related activities across the
Council.You
will lead on projects related to supporting tourism businesses and associations with the aim of increasing visitor numbers and spend. You will also be responsible for providing effective communication to the local tourism industry, and provide information, events, webinars and other opportunities to help businesses address issues in the industry.

**The Person**- You will be educated to SCQF level 8, which includes HND or SVQ level 4 or equivalent.- Experience in partnership working and stakeholder engagement.- Experience in performance monitoring, data analysis and preparing reports.- A great development opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who would like to work in a tourism role.- Ability to travel within Fife.
