Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks and Google Suite.
- Assist in coordinating company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Conduct research as required to support various projects initiated by the CEO.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow across the organisation.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably as an executive assistant or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
