HERMEQ are currently searching for a Junior Designer to join our rapidly expanding Group Marketing team. Following a group merger and re-brand we are now looking for an energetic designer to contribute to a wide range of marketing outputs including print design, digital design, photography, videography, and branding.

Objectives/Responsibilities:

- Deliver high quality, innovative print, and digital design assets in line with brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to diversify marketing collateral.
- Support sales activities by producing professional presentations and quotation material.
- Assist the wider marketing team in delivering international brand expansion.
- Develop the company’s asset library through photography and videography capture and editing.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years’ total experience of design software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe Cloud.
- Ability to create engaging assets within the Microsoft office suite.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- Experience in photography and photo editing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to continue building skill set with education and training.

Preferred Skills and qualifications:

- Two or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software

Reports to Group Marketing Director

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
