**About The Role**:
We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join our head office site in Barton-upon-Humber. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 14:30 - 23:00

**Main responsibilities**:

- Assist in performing hands-on production and assembly functions
- Support management and perform supervisory duties when department Supervisor is absent or out of office
- Motivate and support members of the team to ensure targets are met, highlighting any performance issues to management
- Identify any improvements and make recommendations for change
- Ensure all QC processes are maintained throughout the production process
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace, ensuring all team members are using the correct PPE and wearing company issued uniform at all times
