**Who we are**:
MakeMyHouseGreen is a technology platform backed by Nationwide Building Society that helps people work out the right green home improvement for their home.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for solar installers to work across the UK, with are best in class platform making jobs easy to complete, work close to home and quick payment. 2 years+ experience is recommended, NVQ3 is preferable. You will also need to operate your own van.

**What we are offering**:
Rates:

- We expect installers to be available to do 3+ installs per week, we recruit installers to ensure there is 3+ installs available each week
- As a base we pay £350 (1-14 panels), £450 (15-20 panels), £550 (21-24 panels)
- For bungalows we don’t use scaffolding
- For non-bungalows where we think an Easi-Dec or tower can be used, an extra £100 per job is paid.
- For more complex roofs there will be scaffolding organised by MakeMyHouseGreen
- Electrics rates are £400 per install. We can provide electricians, or you can organise your own/do yourself if qualified.

Costs:

- You need to have your own van (these can be leased for ~£400/month)
- You are expected to bring your own tools
- We do not pay for travel if job within 2 hours calculated driving distance, £100 paid for each hour more travel than this

As a MakeMyHouseGreen installer we commit to each other at least 3 installs per week, 47 weeks a year. Thus a guaranteed income of £49k - £70k.

However if you are willing to work more days we always have jobs available, meaning you can earn £91k - £130k.

This will be higher still if you are able to do the electrics.
