**John Charcol are looking for Mortgage Advisers to join our employed team.**

Established 50 years ago, John Charcol are an award winning, whole of market mortgage broker.

In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients seeking mortgage solutions tailored to their financial needs.

You will play a crucial part in helping clients navigate the mortgage process, ensuring they understand their options and are able to make informed decisions.

**Skills required**:

- Strong background in financial services, with an understanding of mortgage products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for assessing client needs accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
- CeMap or equivalent qualification.

Pay: £29,500.00-£65,000.00 per year
