We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our client, a leading UK Independent Insurance Broker at their office located in North Hampshire,**
**They are seeking a background in Private Clients/Personal Lines insurance and a proven professional who enjoy's a fast-paced environment
You will be a bright, personable, self-motivated individual to be considered for this role, you will be working within the Private Clients team and will have responsibility to deliver a highly personalised service to customers.
You will enjoy the challenge of removing complexity, so everything for the customer is made simple from negotiations through to renewals.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge further by working within a highly supportive and specialised team, who are committed to your career development.
The group offers a blend of working between the office and your home.
What you will be doing:

- Assist in achieving client retention targets by providing an excellent level of service.
- Obtain renewal terms, mid-term adjustments or quotations, present to client and prepare required documentation.
- Liaise with Account Executives to ensure an appropriate strategy for renewal is in place.
- Undertake market mapping exercise to establish most competitive terms available.
- Recording all relevant information on Acturis
You will need to bring with you:

- Experience of private clients/ personal lines insurance.
- Cert CII would be advantageous - or willing to work towards the certification.
- Good negotiation and broking skills.
- Excellent client service skills.
