The Technical Procurement Specialist plays a central role in the day to day management & forecasting of over $12M vendor agreements annually. This role will consist of analysing trends and forecasting spend on a vendor & initiative level in addition to being the essential link between tech ops and accounting teams to ensure faithful financial reporting.

- Be responsible for managing vendor relationships with respect to
- Negotiation support
- Reviewing commercials
- Onboarding
- Service reviews
- Renewals

- Perform financial analysis within the scope of SaaS Operations, including
- Vendor level forecasting (on a vendor and initiative level)
- Consumption reporting (license counts) to vendors
- Manage financial recharge to customers
- Approve invoices
- SME for procurement across the SaaS Operations & Tech space including all administration with ERP system & AP teams
- Assist in the data management of product level allocations to assist internal reporting & board materials.
- Require excellent stakeholder engagement to translate technical knowledge into financial results.
- Is analytical and diligent
- Is a skilled communicator capable of receiving and articulating complex ideas
- Has meticulous attention to detail
- Provides data-driven recommendations with commercial insights
- Has strong time management skills with the ability to juggle simultaneous projects and deadlines
- Strong excel skills
- Demonstrates sound understanding of purchase-to-pay controls & systems
- Has a continuous improvement mindset
- Part CIPS qualified (Desired, but not essential)
