Due to the raise in occupancy we are recruitment for a highly motivated, flexible, experienced Early Years practitioners to join our amazing teams at our beautiful Newhouse nursery, Blackpool.
**Hours**
- 25 hours
- 1pm - 6pm
- Monday - Friday**Benefits**:

**Essential Requirements**:
- NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare and Education or equivalent
- To have a can-do attitude and be adaptable to the needs of the nursery and company.
- To have a firm and broad understanding of the EYFS
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding children
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To prioritise the safeguarding of all children, staff and families that have access to the setting.
- To promote a fun, high-quality environment for all children in our care.
- Ensuring the Welfare and Learning development requirements of all children are met at all times.
- To confidently and respectfully work in partnership with parents and carers.
- Undertake a shared responsibility for the health and safety of the nursery.
- Ensure all children's self care is supported
- Adhere to all Policies and Procedures set out by the company.
- Be fully aware of all emergency and security procedures relating to the nursery.
- Take pride in the delivery of exciting and age-appropriate activities.
- To confidently carry out planning, observations and next steps for your key group.
- To ensure mealtimes is a time of pleasant social sharing.
- To fully comply with our Confidentiality policy.
- To fully understand and promote the company's Ethos and Core Values.
- To be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted.
- To use initiative at all times.
**Experience**:
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
