**Package**: £20-22K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 3)

Legal recruitment is incredibly lucrative and very consultative so you will have the opportunityto build real relationships within the legal world rather than just phone bash like other recruitment roles. **The Role**
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Researching your market
- Account Management
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Building a personal brand in your chosen market
- Attending networking events
- Closing new business
