**The Position**:
oakfield Building services is seeking motivated Tradesman to join our team in the Birmingham, West Midlands area. A multi skilled tradesman would be ideal for the role or roles should I say as we require a certain amount of skillset in all trades, however this is not critical as we are interested in all tradesman from joiners/plumbers/plasterers/bricklayers/ground workers to join our ever growing business. The role will vary dependent on your individual skills, but we have roles for everything from first/second fix plumbing/electrics/joinery on extensions to installing removing old bathrooms and installing new Level access disabled wet rooms. The positions and job roles we have are endless

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Must work within the Health & Safety guide lines set in accordance from our main contractor
- Own transport essential ideally a van
- Be able to work alone at times and problem solve if required
- Provide your own power tools work equipment would be beneficial
- customer care is vital as we are dealing daily with venerable people
- Communicate daily with directors effectively and inefficiently is also critical to the role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £150.00-£225.00 per day
