Kitchen Porter

Working in our Bertie’s restaurant or the exciting new addition of our Tafarn Y Ddraig banqueting hall, guests and visitors can enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating whilst enjoying light lunches, evening dinners and afternoon tea. Your main duties include:

- Responsible for washing the restaurant dishes and all the kitchen utensils.
- Cleans all the larger items of kitchen equipment and the food production areas.
- Taking direction from kitchen staff and restaurant management in the delegation of tasks.
- Receive deliveries and store them in the stockroom
