Our Client in the Haydock Area is looking for Forklift drivers (FLT) to work in a fast paced, ambient, manufacturing environment. This may also include some Machine Operative work, experience is beneficial but not essential as all training provided.

Main duties include;
- Safely and efficiently operating a forklift truck (FLT)
- Keeping the working area clean and tidy
- Loading and unloading trailers in goods-in / goods-out department
- Completing all necessary paperwork and labelling products correctly
- Understanding and adhering to all food hygiene and safety standards
- Understanding and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures
- Helping in other areas including manufacturing, sorting and packaging areas
- Correct manual handling

There is also the opportunity to gain skills in other areas if you would like to. This can include learning a variety of skills such as operating new machines and driving various FLT’s such as counterbalance and flexi/bendi.

Shift times are 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm - 6am Monday to Friday.

Night shift runs from Sunday to Friday (8pm start on Friday).

Early finish on a Friday on the AM and PM shift.

Pay Rate: DAYS: £10.06ph NIGHTS 20% uplift = £12.07PH

The company is growing and looking to employ permanent staff, so this job will be temp to perm for the right person.
