Spire Clare Park Hospital are looking to bring on a Self-Pay Sales Advisor to join their established team and play a key part within the hospital. This is an ideal role for someone who is in a similar position and happy to be in a hybrid role doing remoteworking with potentially 1 day a week at the Hospital.
Spire Clare Park is an elective hospital situated in Farnham that has recently been rated as good by the CQC. We offer a range of surgical specialties which includes; Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic, Urology, Dermatology and ENT.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- To efficiently and effectively adhere to client follow-up programmes as agreed with SPSTL/BDM. Diarise lead and call back management to ensure that we proactively maximise all sales enquiry leads, ensuring all efforts are made to book a consultation.
- To effectively communicate the key features and benefits of the Hospital and promote the business in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- To efficiently and effectively adhere to client follow-up programmes as agreed with SPSTL/BDM. Diarise lead and call back management to ensure that we proactively maximise all sales enquiry leads, ensuring all efforts are made to book a consultation.
- To build bespoke quotes using the agreed hospital method and to be the named contact for all third party pricing enquiries. You will be actively logging in enquiries onto the CRM system.
- To maintain a fact file on hospital services including prices, consultants booking arrangements, service features and benefits in order to respond quickly to enquiries.
- Effectively manage the use and produce data for analysis. Monitor conversion rates in order to provide monthly reports to enable BDM/HD to review and maximise performance.
- To build and retain strong working relationships with colleagues, consultants and secretaries in order to keep abreast of service developments, price changes, new consultants and to promote commercial awareness among these audiences.
- To attend, where appropriate open evenings and events in order to promote self-pay and follow-up attendees
- Make appropriate suggestions to improve working practices to support an enhanced customer experience and effective sales process.
- Reflect and reinforce the brand values and commitment to quality healthcare and Spire Healthcare in all aspects.
**Who we're looking for**
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the authority and ability to be a trusted adviser to clients and consultants. Experience of working with the public, ideally in a sales or customer service role.
- Core call handling skills with good organisational skills and time management.
- Excellent administrator with the ability to work proactively and accurately under pressure.
- Sales focussed with a proactive commercial outlook.
- Able to ask for help and involve other staff when necessary to resolve customer issues.
- Understands the importance of their role in meeting overall hospital business targets.
- Team player with a flexible and co-operative approach is essential.
- Good knowledge of the healthcare market and medical terminology.
- Experience of working in a private hospital is desirable.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of products, CRM and diary appointment system (SAP).
