**Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Support to drive sustainable and operational change to create breakthrough benefits. The role will involve you working closely with all departments in the business and having regular meetings with exposure to senior management.

**What We Need from Yü**:
**Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing**:

- Support change projects, through the change management process, from minor changes through to major transformational, capex justified and commissioned projects.
- Working primarily for the CI Co-ordinator, structuring continuous improvement projects and rapid improvement events that deliver business improvement.
- Develop a continuous improvement culture and support CI analysts with any adhoc tasks.
- Demonstrate project/programme management skills.
- Process map, document and audit projects from start to finish in line with the CI Co-ordinator and change initiatives.
- Work closely with all the CI analysts and project delivery team to ensure pre and post implementation is smooth, efficient, and cost effective.
- Strive to achieve annual KPI targets measured on financial benefit and cost to serve reduction.

**About Yü**:
**If you have what it takes you could be just what we’re looking for**
- 1+ years of Continuous Improvement experience.
- Experience of challenging conventional thinking, approach and methodology and driving improvements through to completion.
- Assertive, independent and self-sufficient, with the ability to cope effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Very effective interpersonal skills, with a co-operative style that builds strong relationships and respect with others.
- Lean & Six Sigma knowledge desirable but not essential.
- Experience with Process mapping on Lucid/Visio desirable but not essential.
- SQL and Power Query knowledge desirable but not essential.
- Experience with Tableau/Power Bi desirable but not essential.
