I am currently working with a leading financial services business to find an IT Service Desk Analyst. This will be a first line support role that will be about providing customers with excellent IT support.
The IT Service Desk Analyst will manage the speedy answer, response and resolution of all inbound incidents and requests via E-mail, phone, in person and via an internal tool.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage customers' expectations, ensuring that they're kept up to date on the status of their outstanding IT calls in line with expectations and agreed SLAs
- Build relationships with customers and colleagues, and working within a team to provide a great service to all customers
- Take personal responsibility for delivering on your objectives in line with our values
- Ensure that incidents and service requests are logged, progressed, and resolved according to agreed standards and procedures
The role can be based in either Leeds or Manchester - with lots of remote working involved.
