The team currently have an opening for a qualified conveyancer (CILEx, CLC or Solicitor) to join the team at the Rye office.
The team are looking for a capable individual, competent in managing their own caseload with supervision and support available for more complex matters and further development and support being provided from the fee earners currently in place at this office.
The role covers all areas of residential property transactions therefore you should ideally be able to demonstrate a good technical grounding of conveyancing matters. The firm promotes a good team ethic in what s a very friendly and supportive working environmentwhich has resulted in low levels of staff turnover and a very committed and content team overall.
The office itself is easily accessible for anyone located in the East Sussex region, there is on site parking and commuting from further afield is welcomed, the location is served by a mainline train route just a short walk to the office, a beautiful periodbuilding. The firm offer competitive rates of pay and performance related bonus depending on experience with longer term options for seniority in the firm a possibility.
