Cottenham Village College has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Operations Assistant to join their team to provide a high-quality business support administration to ensure the smooth running of the school in line with priorities of the Operations Manager.

We are looking for a successful, highly organised individual with a professional approach to work, under the direction of the Operations Manager, to play a pivotal role in managing student information, liaison with the community and adult learning and facilities. The position involves working closely with members of the public, families and students, so we are looking for an individual with robust communication skills and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

You will be responsible for a range of administrative services to support the school and the wider community.
