**Dispatch Supervisor**

**Photocentric Ltd** is an award-winning manufacturer based in Peterborough and the USA. We are innovators of 3d printers, resin and worldwide leaders of craft stamp manufacturing, making patented and award-winning products. We are looking for an experienced **Dispatch Supervisor **who is highly motivated, good at IT systems with knowledge of dispatching goods to the UK and Internationally.

**Key Responsibilities for the Dispatch Supervisor will include**:

- Managing the dispatch for the business ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency
- Working closely with the sales and shipping teams to schedule orders and manage capacity
- Assisting with picking orders using an electronic device
- Assisting when required to pack and wrap products ready for shipping
- Dealing with necessary shipping and export documentation
- Updating internal IT system
- Labelling packages for export and using FL to move stock (training will be given)
- Ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide variety of products
- Maintaining adherence to the dispatch schedule. Communicates any changes to the relevant teams
- Conducting quality control checks
- Completing stock checks for consumable items and placing orders to replenish stocks

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications of our Dispatch Supervisor**:

- Experience in dispatch or warehouse duties
- Good level of computer literacy
- Experience of working on WMS or ERP systems
- Excellent spoken and written English
- The ability to maintain and follow written instructions and work to SOPs
- The ability to amend and update SOPs
- Geographic understanding of worldwide locations
- The ability to work on own initiative and plan work tasks in a timely manner to meet deadlines, some manual lifting will be required
- Counterbalance FLT experience preferred but training will be given
- Familiarity with international shipping and hazardous goods documentation (training will be given)
