Cirro, operating under the legal name Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS), was founded in December 2015 in the West Midlands, UK. As a member of the Zong Teng Group, we are a large-scale multinational logistics provider. Our central objective is to assist Chinese cross-border e-sellers and UK-based online retailers by offering dependable warehousing solutions and prompt delivery services for international e-commerce platforms.

Our operations originally centred on offering reliable fulfilment warehousing and fast last-mile distribution services to both cross-border sellers and domestic online retailers trading via platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and others. Since then, we’ve cultivated strong partnerships with prominent logistics firms including Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways, Goodcang, YunExpress, and other major players in the logistics sector.

Currently, our global warehousing network includes 10 locations across the UK, and we continue to grow. Our existing UK sites are located in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Nottingham, Mansfield, Wolverhampton, and Stone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist warehouse managers with daily operations across various functions, including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory management.
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Contribute to the rollout and compliance of warehouse processes and operational standards.
- Perform additional duties as delegated by warehouse management.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this role.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with our headquarters in China.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- A background in logistics is desirable.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed, with additional pay provided for overtime hours.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, plus one weekend day
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (flexibility required)

**Salary**:
£28,000 - £32,000 annually
Monthly bonuses available based on performance, attendance, and overall contribution.
