Groundworker / Builder Opportunites

Permanent - Full Time - 42½ Hours

We are looking to recruit two Groundwork / Builders to join us in Barleylands, CM11.

About the Role

Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be required to carry out a variety of technical service tasks with regards to concreting for floor laying, road working, flagging and fencing, all within a social housing setting. You’ll manage all tools and equipment necessary for ground and building works, ensuring all PPE is provided and materials ready prior to undertaking any tasks. You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.

About You

You’ll hold a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card and you must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
