**Part-time Gardener - Fallow and Roe Restaurants**

Experience: Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, mushroom cultivation, or a similar role.

Fallow and Roe Restaurants are looking for a passionate and experienced part-time Gardener to join our team. We're committed to sustainability and innovative dining, and this role will be instrumental in growing fresh produce for our menus. If you have a love for gardening and experience cultivating mushrooms, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our farm-to-table ethos.

Key Responsibilities:
Garden Maintenance: Tend to the restaurant's gardens, focusing on planting, pruning, weeding, watering, and ensuring the overall health of our plants and herbs.

Seasonal Planting: Collaborate with our chefs to plan and grow seasonal produce, providing the freshest ingredients for our menus, including herbs, vegetables, and mushrooms.

Sustainable Practices: Implement and maintain eco-friendly practices, including composting, waste reduction, and organic gardening methods.

Herb, Vegetable, and Mushroom Care: Focus on cultivating herbs, vegetables, and mushrooms that complement our culinary offerings.

Collaboration with the Kitchen: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the timely supply of fresh ingredients, especially mushrooms, which are a key part of our innovative dishes.

Tools and Equipment: Maintain gardening tools and ensure all equipment is in safe working order.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
