**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a student recruitment officer. As a student recruitment officer, you will play a crucial role in attracting talented students to our college & guiding them through the admissions process. You will represent our institution at various recruitment events, build relationships with prospective students and their families, and provide them with valuable information about our programs and college life. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to their personal growth and development.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
- Represent the college at high school visits, careers fairs, and other internal recruitment events.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school careers advisors, community organisations, and local employers to promote the college and its programs.
- To ensure the accuracy of data capture of course enquiry data. Maintain, track and monitor student applicants from initial enquiry to enrolment.
- Developing and maintaining an accurate and up to date knowledge of the courses offered at the college, as well as potential career pathways.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in college admissions, recruitment, or student outreach preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, families, high schools & local employers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel and work evenings and additional hours as needed.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
