We supply great food to hospitals, schools and some of the best-known restaurants and pubs and currently recruiting for a talented and results driven Warehouse Team Manager for our Harlow Depot which is a multi-temp site, requiring work in ambient/chilled& frozen environment. **The role**: - Communication of KPI’s to the team - Plan and schedule the shift’s work, assigning activities to the team - Hold start of shift huddles - Team motivation - Ensure administration is completed and date captured in a timely and accurate fashion - Work with Distribution/Customer services to assist in customer liaison - Staff utilisation and rota planning - Providing training and direction to team members were required - Absence management **You**: You’ll live and breathe Customer First, with an innovative and agile approach to identify new ideas and methods. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results. You will be resilient - accepting and learning from mistakesand building future solutions. Naturally, you will embrace an inclusive working environment and be committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do. **Required skills and competencies**: - 2 years experience in a similar role managing a small Team - Results focused - Good communication skills - Computer literate - Knowledge of SAP
