This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading **BMW** dealerships. To qualify for the role, you must have a sales background within either Car Sales or high-end luxury products. As well as being able to deliver 5-star serviceto every customer. If you are looking to carry on your career within the Automotive industry or take the first step into the industry, **Williams Motor Group** have the right tools and experience to help you succeed. **About the role** - Taking appointments from our lead qualification team - Meeting and greeting customers (walk in/appointment) and showing them the dealership and range at BMW - Delivering 5-star service to every customer and showing them the "Williams Difference" - Discussing various options available to customers working within the lines of their needs and budget - Talk and listen to the customer to build rapport and accurately qualify their requirements - Giving an honest and transparent and sales experience - Meeting or exceeding targets based on sales and customer satisfaction - Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, encouraging them to experience the product - Understand the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service - Ensure the sales process is followed fully and complete all administration on time - Maximise every sales opportunity to meet personal sales and profit targets including conversions, test drives, warranty and add on sales **About you** - Must have some sales experience working with luxury/premium products - Experience as a **Car Sales Executive** (not essential) - Have excellent customer service skills - Hold a full UK driving licence - Have a desire to succeed - Thrive under pressure - Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic - Have a friendly, positive and confident attitude towards customer service and sales - Experience working within premium brand - Ideal **About the company** - Excellent basic salary and uncapped bonus scheme - Family owned business - Bonus based on sales, customer service and add-ons - Ability to progress through internal promotion - Excellent benefits package, including pension, Life assurance, referral scheme and company car - Flexible progression based on your career aspirations - Work for one of the top **BMW** dealerships in the UK **What’s next?
