We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to operate our burger van trailer at a fixed pitch. You’ll be the face of our business, serving freshly made food to the public and ensuring our trailer runs smoothly day-to-day. This role includes use of a company van to transport supplies or tow the trailer if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate the burger van trailer daily at the fixed location
- Prepare and cook food to order following hygiene and quality standards
- Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Keep the trailer clean, well-stocked, and compliant with food safety regulations
- Manage daily stock levels and place supply orders as needed
- Drive the company van to collect supplies or tow the trailer (if applicable)
- Maintain basic records (e.g., daily takings, temperature checks)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in catering or a food van/trailer is an advantage
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Full UK driving licence (required for use of the company van)
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
