**Service Overview**

The role is based at Alne Hall, in York. We specialise in supporting 29 people who have varying needs as a result of physical and long-term neurological conditions including cerebral palsy, Huntington’s disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida & hydrocephalus, and stroke.

**What is the role?**

Team Leader - £10.98 (FTE: £25122.24)
- Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Support Workers.
- Deliver medication, conduct assessments,
- Ensure that care plans are kept up to date.
- Respect the dignity and preferences of the people we support as well playing your own part in establishing a home where everyone feels safe and confident to live their best life.
- Be involved and deliver daily activities to the people we support
- Manage the duty rota

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.98 per hour
