Sandwich Maker

Hassop Station is a large and very busy cafe/restaurant serving freshly made wonderful food in the heart of the beautiful Peak District.

We are looking for kitchen staff on the sandwich and toastie section

Our Head Chef and General Manager have been here for 6-7 years+ so this is a steady ship and a sound business that has survived lockdown and is busier than ever hence the need to recruit.

For most of the year the opening hours are 9-5 so your evenings are free. In the Spring/Summer we are open some evenings so there are a couple of long shifts a week but nothing like you would experience in a pub kitchen and the chefs all share the hours equally. So average throughout the year is 40 hrs per week and around 45hrs in the Summer.

This is a busy place to work with high volumes at times but we always strive to keep the quality high and consistent.
