Talent Acquisition Advisor

**Working hours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm**

**As part of our next chapter, networx by Iris are looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to join our forward-thinking team.**

**Your responsibilities will include;**
- Building strong partnerships with external HR teams and Hiring Managers, in order to identify and review their recruitment needs.
- Writing job adverts and advertising vacancies across a range of platforms and social media.

You must have previous experience working in recruitment, either in-house or for an agency. Highly customer focused, you will put people and partnerships at the forefront of your work and will be keen to go that extra mile. Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan your own workload are also key requirements in this post.
