**Apprentice Childcare Practitioner**
- 4 x 10 hour shifts on set days.
- Holidays 5.6 weeks inclusive of bank holidays.

**Come and work with us** We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate and ready to become part of our team and learn all about child development whilst working within a nursery setting.

You must have a warm smiley face that makes every child feel special and loved. Bring laughter and your quirky personality remembering that children's humour can be a confusing minefield to navigate. If a child requests you to be a tooth fairy then you will hunt out the nearest tutu and wand and sprinkle the magic of make believe. You don't have to be able to sing in tune but out of tune is a must, especially in front of a crowd. You must be able to distribute warm hugs when required. You must be able to value the importance of a child's findings whether it be a fairy, pebble or a snail. Bring fun fun and more fun leave your inhibitions at home Finally, you must be prepared to feel loved, special and important to so many children and their families.

In return we will support you and share our knowledge so that you will be trained to the highest standard.

**Essential Apprentice Childcare Practitioner qualities**:

- Passion for working with children and a willingness to learn
- GCSE Maths & English
- Excellent team player
- Good time keeper
- Professional attitude and work ethic

**Desirable Childcare Practitioner qualities**:

- DBS checked and on the Update service
- Experience working within a nursery setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
