**Main Duties and Responsibilities of a trainee estate agent**:

- Answering telephone calls
- Arranging appointments
- Taking clear messages
- Registering new applicants
- Entering viewing onto the system
- Delivering leaflets
- Booking valuations
- Conducting viewings

**Skills and experience required**:

- Great communication skills & attention to detail
- Be enthusiastic and keen to learn
- Be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active
- Have strong IT skills
- Be able to prioritise workload
- Experience in administration

**You Must**:

- Be driven and ready to work hard to build a fantastic career for yourself in this professional company and go from being a trainee estate agent to a fully fledged estate agent
- Hold a full clean driving licence
