**Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team in University of West London, St Mary's Rd, London W5 5RF on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £29,451.00 per annum and benefits package.**

**Shift Pattern**:
Working Monday-Friday, alternating shift pattern

Week 1
7am-4pm,
Week 2
1pm-10pm,

**_ Essential Criteria:_**_ _Full UK Valid Driving License_

**WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?**
- TO PERFORM ALL THE DUTIES SPECIFIC TO THE ROLE AS PER BELOW INCLUDING AD-HOC REQUESTS FROM THE CLIENT BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL WHEN REQUIRED.

**Example of typical Duties**:

- Setting up classrooms as per end user requirements
- Setting up for large scale internal and external events including staging and bulky furniture
- Setting up of exam rooms across all sites
- Setting up for Open days, enrolment and Graduation ceremonies across all sites of the University of west
- Setting up of student areas for practical activities
- Maintenance of UWL grounds including litter picking, jet washing, grass cutting,
- Daily maintenance check of all classrooms
- Participation in walkarounds and site inspections in preparation for events
- Assisting with the relocation of internal departments
- Daily collection of Post from the depot
