Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Create and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Support residents in maintaining a clean and organised living environment
- Drive individuals to appointments or outings as required
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel
- Engage with residents in meaningful activities to promote well-being

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is advantageous
- Proficiency in IT for record keeping and communication purposes
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to drive as part of the role
- Ability to create and follow care plans effectively
- Excellent English language skills for clear communication with residents and colleagues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
