Credit Control Team Lead Position in Co Armagh. **“We are working on behalf of our client who is recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller looking for the next step in their career to join a thriving Credit Control Team as a Team Leader. Reporting to the Credit Control Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day duties of running and directing a busy credit control team".** **About the Job** The Credit Control Team Lead will be responsible for and assisting with the following duties... - Managing a team of credit controllers - Managing the cash collections process - Producing credit reports for Credit Control Manager - Point of escalation for customer/team queries - Providing training and advice as and when required - Conducting one-to-ones/ Debt review meetings - Working closely with other departments especially Sales and Customer service - Compile and maintain the Bad Debt Provision - Authorising credit notes prior to billing - Posting of BACs, cheque & card payments to the system - Setting and reviewing credit limits for new/existing customer accounts - Review of E-Commerce payments and dealing with Queries. **Experience, Skills and Attributes** - 3 years + experience within a Credit Control department - Previous experience in a credit control or senior credit control position - Experience of dealing with a large customer base - The ability to work in a team as well as individually - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Good attention to detail - The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines - Previous working knowledge of SAP (Desirable) - Great Annual Leave Entitlement - Work from Home Flexibility - Health Insurance - Pension For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Daryl Hunter at HireIQ in complete confidence. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday - No weekends Ability to commute/relocate: - Armagh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
