**What we are looking for**:
The Coffee Hub Group are looking to appoint a reliable full-time Production & Dispatch Operative to assist our production process team, based in Semley, Dorset.

The primary attributes to this role will be to oversee the production cycle including receiving coffee from the roasting process, through to producing and packing the final product and finally dispatching the product in time for our courier collections.

This is a fundamental role within our business to effectively produce and dispatch our core asset, Coffee.

**About the Role**:
Key Responsibilities: This role will be multi-disciplined and will include, but not be limited to, the following areas of responsibility:
Production:
Managing orders through our order processing software and identifying and escalating any areas of concern/orders unachievable within our SLA framework.

Works with team leader to ensure all machinery is safe and is maintained in accordance with the company maintenance plan

Ensures that the production and dispatch areas are kept clean and walkways are kept clear and safe from obstruction or risk

Monitors and enforces quality control on all areas of production and dispatch including product image, consistency, and quality.

Dispatch & Fulfilment

Dispatch operations including
- Weight checking of orders
- Processing orders on our dispatch software
- Identifying the correct courier based on certain criteria i.e. weight, location, size, urgency.
- Ensuring the dispatch area is kept clean and operational
