Manchester, United Kingdom Access Cleaning Specialists Ltd. Full time

Access cleaning is a small family run business, we are looking for someone who has a good working knowledge of Microsoft office and also Sage accounting and payroll to work in our office on a part time basis.

You will also be required to carry out the following duites;
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, rotas/work schedules and other documents
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using sage.
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communications skills and able to deal with customers on a daily basis
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform clerical tasks accurately and efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
