We wish to appoint a Band 4 Team administrator, to undertake full administrative, clerical and secretarial duties.

ReConnect is a nationally acclaimed specialist parent-infant service that works on reducing risks and improving outcomes for infants. We are a small team of social workers and clinical psychologists/psychological therapists who are passionate about providing person centred care and providing specialist assessments and therapeutic support to parents with children (0-2years) on child protection plans. The service aims to support parents to retain care of their child by offering interventions to reduce risk.

Parents referred to the service often have complex needs (these often include childhood history of abuse & neglect/mental health/personality disorder/substance misuse/domestic abuse or previous experience of severe parenting breakdown resulting in the permanent removal a child to alternative care).

We want our Team Administrator to be able to work well in a team, be highly organized and should be able to demonstrate your experience and skills in business administration, including excellent organisational skills, experience of using Office computer programs - Excel, Microsoft Teams, Word and Outlook, data collection, collation and reporting.

Experience of working in the NHS and using systems would be an advantage but not essential. You will need to have GCSE English and Maths (minimum Grade C or equivalent).

To provide general administrative, secretarial and clerical support to the Reconnect Team Manager and Clinical Team.

To participate with the Multi-disciplinary team in the co-ordination of the clinical services.

To play an active part in planning and developing the administrative work associated with the services.

To take a lead role in implementing and managing IT systems to support the clinical work of the teams.

Daily data transfer and collection to support reviews of service and regular reporting.
