**Job Role**: Large Format Print Finisher - SUPERVISOR

An exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and forward-thinking company that has experienced significant growth since in the recent years within the sign industry.

**Job Role will include**:

- Laminating prints
- Mounting prints onto Foamex and ACM
- Cutting posters
- Weeding and backing vinyl
- Assistance in picking and packing national promotions for clients
- Overseeing jobs/ projects to ensure they are completed to correct specification
- Guiding and instructing staff to ensure work is being completed correctly and promptly
- Ensuring managers instructions are relayed and completed
- If driving licence, there will be a possibility of occasional van driving

**Experience and Characteristics Required**:

- Full UK Driving License - Preferred not required
- Practical experience within the signage/ print trade - Required
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to cope with high pressure and demands.
- Use own initiative, able to follow instructions.
- Experience in a practical, manual environment.
- Reliable, honest, and thorough.
- Flexible for possible overtime work
- A wanting to better themselves
- Potential for growth to Managers position

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Basic Hours of work**: 08:00 - 4:30 Monday - Friday
- with overtime available

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Dependent on experience

**Language**: English (required)

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
