**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Be responsible for the management, implementation and development of ISO 9001 and 14001 and related compliance tasks and projects. The role inludes researching, developing and maintaining the operating procedures and processes relating to relevant laws and legislations and industry’s standards including but not limited to ISO 9001 and 14001.

You will work with key stakeholders across the business to create strategies and processes related to all areas of governance, risk management and compliance and assist in the provision of audits based on regulatory and internal requirements as well as supporting internal governance for customers and suppliers.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Run of all company’s ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and audit functions (both internal and external)
- Incorporate compliance requirements into daily business operations and ensure subsequent processes are supported and audited
- Manage the investigation process of all compliance issues
- Train and mentor all staff on all compliance related policy, procedures, implementation, best practice and awareness
- Identify and analyse ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance related nonconformities
- Support the wider business on general compliance and due diligence with new strategies, project execution and implementation of new initiatives
- Individual Responsibilities:_
- Assisting in internal and external audits
- Responding to due diligence questionnaires and technical queries from customers and suppliers
- Create and maintain DPIAs
- Keeping abreast of compliance best practices
- Managing the relationships with external accreditation bodies
- Managing DSARs (Data Subject Access Requests) and providing advice and assistance to technical and HR departments
- Working closely with the administration team to manage all reporting requirements for ISO 9001 & 14001
- Responding to due diligence questionnaires and technical queries from customers and suppliers
- Dealing with GDPR and other data related legislation compliance (and engaging with the ICO)

**ABOUT YOU**:
**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:

- An understanding of ISO 9001 standards in an IT-related business environment

**Desirable Qualifications & Experience**:

- Degree educated
- ISO 9001 / 14001 internal auditor
- An understanding of ISO 14001 standards in an IT-related business environment
- An understanding of data protection and the UK GDPR
