**Brief Role Description**

Gray Healthcare are looking for female support workers to support an individual on a 1:1 basis to help them reach their full potential in life. The supported person likes to get out into the community in their car to go on drives, visit the seaside etc soa manual drivers licence will be **required** for the role.

The individual also has an keen interest in beauty such as doing make up, hair styles and getting spray tans and going out for coffee and hot chocolate's

The hours for this role are 36 hours per week, 3 x 12 hour shifts 9am-9pm. Overtime is available.

**We have day and waking nights shifts available.**

**Main Responsibilities**

As a Support Worker, you will be key in supporting adult’s with complex needs within their own home and within the community. We are looking for positive, compassionate, and caring support workers who have the right values and attitude to grow and developwith Gray healthcare.

**A manual driving licence is required for this role.**

You will have an interest, motivation, and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within GrayHealthcare.
