- Are you a graduate interested in a rewarding career in teaching? Considering your teacher training and would like to gain practical experience beforehand?

We have been established in Worcestershire for over 15 years and over this time we have forged successful relationships with both secondary and middle schools across the county. **Cover Supervisor Worcestershire - The Role no two days are ever the same**
- Overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
- Ensuring students remain on task and manage behaviour in the classroom
- Building positive relationship with pupils across all year groups
- Assist with other duties (eg: registrations, break/ lunchtime duties)

**Cover Supervisor Worcestershire - Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic, good sense of humour, confident, patient
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable with good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
- Resilient, reliable and versatile
- Hold either a degree or have previous experience of working with children (eg: TA, LSA, mentor, sports coaching, youth work)
