Our client is a vehicle finance specialist for individuals and businesses. They are a family run business who have been in operation for over 20 years and aim to provide a flexible approach to lending using a common-sense manor. Being a family-run business,who are passionate about their product, they are looking to employ a **New Business Underwriter/Dealmaker** to join their team**.**

**New Business Underwriter/Dealmaker**

**Salary £21-£24k DOE + Performance Bonus**| 9 am to 5.30 pm 5 days per week - The role includes working every third Saturday between 10 and 4 with a lieu day the following week | Colchester | Pension Scheme | On-Site Parking | Vehicle Finance,Growing Business

**Duties (to include but are not limited too)**:

- Interacting with customers and third parties by telephone
- Using custom build IT systems to create, issue and verify finance paperwork.
- Working closely and proactively with colleagues to ensure the right outcome is achieved

**Person Specification**:

- Excellent analytical ability, including decision making under pressure
- Very good attention to detail
- Very good team work
- Very good ability to work with IT systems (including adapting to bespoke systems)
