**The role**
Acorn Occupational Health is currently on the lookout for a self-motivated HR Administrator to offer support within our growing team. Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to; HR administration, recruitment, co ordination of employee onboarding including induction, co ordinate and assist in the organisation of meetings and training, admin support for all HR processes, and general administrative responsibilities. You will join a welcoming team that pride themselves on providing a quality and effective service to Acorn customers.

**Essential skills**:
- Be a confident user of Microsoft 365 suite - experience is essential
- Experience in a similar HR role or transferable skills
- Be a positive and forward-thinking individual
- Have solid organisational skills and take pride in the quality of work they produce
- Be a problem solver and team player
**Desirable skills**
- Experience within the occupational health/healthcare industry
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics
