Swindon, United Kingdom Public Sector Resourcing Full time

On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a HSE Specialist - Inside IR35 for a 3 Month contract (with possible extension) based Hybrid - Remote & 3 days p/week in Swindon or any office location along the Wales & Western Route.
**As a HSE Specialist, your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters across local teams and worksites.
- Conduct risk-based inspections and support audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Assist line management with incident investigations, evidence collection, and safety assurance processes.
- Support the development and review of risk assessments, safety checks, and site tours.
- Contribute to data collection and analysis for workforce HSE performance and supplier contract documentation.

**You'll have**:

- Demonstrable Health, Safety & Environmental report writing skills.
- Experience of carrying out safety investigations & risk assessments.
- NEBOSH qualification.
- Strong IT skills.
- Rail or Construction experience - desirable.
