The Company
Centrick is an innovative residential block management, sales, lettings, commercial and asset management property group. We’ve been around since 2005 and have the experience and skills to make a difference combined with the enthusiasm to keep driving our brand forward.
This position would sit within Centrick Commercial, the newest addition to the wider Centrick Group.
Centrick Commercial is a multidisciplinary property consultancy offering the market an independent, fresh, and dynamic perspective. Our focus is on providing real estate solutions based on the commercial objectives of our clients, not just bricks and mortar.
The division is already established as a specialist commercial agency; we offer our client base a full, 360 service including lettings, sales, property acquisitions, lease advisory and formal valuations. We operate nationwide with a geographical concentration on the Midlands and surrounding areas and conduct business on investment and development opportunities across the retail, office, and industrial units.
To supplement the team, we are now looking for an administrator to join our organisation on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Commercial Administrator, you will provide effective and efficient administrative assistance to our Commercial team.

The Role
The Commercial Coordinator predominantly deals with first-line queries. You will work closely with other members of the commercial team and will escalate any problems, queries, or complex issues. You will carry out administrative tasks as part of your day-to-day role, including Processing calls & Leads, Booking viewings/Mas, and Reapit Ownership.
**Some of your other duties would entail**:
- Ensuring all admin is accurate and is available for all client meetings/contract signings
- Ensure time is maximised by effective and accurate diary management when scheduling appointments and forward planning time
- Ensure processes are carried out in line with company procedure including but not limited to all compliance documents are completed and on file, funds are received, and keys are released accordingly
- Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures as well as industry legislation
About You
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- To be highly numerate and proficient in IT, including MS Office packages and databases
